Groovy Cosmetics established itself as a cosmetics manufacturer in 2018 upon founding its corporate entity. In the same year, we completed our trademark registration to solidify our brand identity while concentrating on developing a robust manufacturing system.
Starting with ISO 9001 certification in 2019, we obtained ISO 22716 certification in 2020 and established a quality management system compliant with global cosmetics manufacturing standards. In the same year, we also founded a corporate-affiliated research institute to enhance our R&D capabilities and signed export contracts with countries such as the United States and Vietnam to lay the groundwork for entering the global market.
In 2021, we expanded our production infrastructure by establishing our own factory in Boryeong, Chungcheongnam-do, and achieved ISO 14001 certification upon completion of the facility in 2022, thereby building an environmental management system. This marked a turning point for companies that went beyond simple expansion to pursue both quality and sustainability simultaneously.
Since its establishment, Groovy Cosmetics has grown into a stable OEM and ODM partner through continuous certification acquisition, R&D investment, and expansion of production facilities. In the future, we will further enhance our global competitiveness as a specialized cosmetics company based on technological innovation and responsible management.
