OEM

OEM involves the orderer holding the trademark and specifications of the product,
with the manufacturer producing and delivering it according to the orderer's request.
Based on the prescriptions and specifications provided by the customer,
Groovy Cosmetics is responsible for the entire process from raw material supply to manufacturing, quality control, and shipment.
Customers can focus on brand planning and marketing, while leaving the complex production process to Groovy Cosmetics.


STEP 01
Customer Consultation

Verify basic requirements including the product concept, desired quantity, and release schedule. Together, establish the overall direction of the project during the initial consultation phase.

STEP 02
Product Consultation / Quotation

Based on your requirements, we propose the formulation, container, and auxiliary material compositions. We will prepare and provide a detailed estimate based on quantity and specifications.

STEP 03
Contract

Clearly outline key terms including price, quantity, schedule, and quality standards. We then finalize the formal contract based on mutual agreement.

STEP 04
Sample Development / Confirmation

We produce samples in accordance with the concept requested by our corporate research institute. Following feedback and refinement, we finalize the ultimate prescription.

STEP 05
Receiving Raw and Subsidiary Materials

We supply and procure materials like raw materials, containers, and packaging in accordance with the confirmed prescription. All incoming materials undergo pre-inspection to ensure quality.

STEP 06
Manufacturing and Production

Our own factories adhere to ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) standards when producing products. Consistent quality is maintained through regular inspections at each production stage.

STEP 07
Product Quality Control

Comprehensive inspection covers the appearance, contents, specifications, and safety features of finished products. Products meeting quality standards then proceed to the next stage.

STEP 08
Released

Prepare and ship inspected products, packaging and loading them for readiness. We will safely deliver to the customer-designated location.

ODM proposes products developed based on the manufacturer's technology and expertise to sellers,
who then select and distribute them to generate revenue. Drawing on accumulated formulation data and trend analysis from its corporate research institute,
Groovy Cosmetics suggests the optimal product that aligns with a customer’s brand concept.

Based on your prescription and formulation catalog, we are pleased to recommend a suitable product. A detailed estimate will be prepared and delivered according to your quantity and specifications.

Contract

Prescription Services / Design Development

From the corporate research institute’s holdings, we select and present formulations aligned with the concept. We also propose container and packaging design solutions to enhance brand completeness.

Sample Development / Confirmation

Samples are produced by customizing the selected prescriptions according to the customer’s brand. We coordinate details such as scent, color, and texture to finalize the final prescription.
